Actually I'm craving for this <3 I still remembered the first time I ate this little cupcake. It is irresistible and very alluring. I just have to eat you, sweetheart. Well, that is what I thought. lol. This is one of the easiest cake that I've ever baked. Furthermore, it is really oishii <3 I'm very happy when it comes to anything about food xD
When I was searching for coffee powder, I found this. It really looks attractive isn't it? Even its name itself sounds delicious. I thought I was going to buy a normal one. There are variety of brands so I get confused, 'terkesima' and 'rambang mata' lol. I left this and continued searching for other brands. But this coffee seemed like screaming at me asking me to buy it while making a cute face. I just couldn't stand that I grabbed it and put it in the shopping cart xD lol. It tastes really good. I have no regret in buying this. I am not a coffee lover. To be honest, I am more a tea person than a coffee person. You got what I mean? lol. It is really tasty. I have been drinking this everyday. I never thought it would be this good. It tastes just nice. It is slightly bitter but not a strong one~
I put 4 tablespoon of this instant coffee in my batter. I think next time I will put more~
This can make about 8 cupcakes (so kedekut haha). Double or triple the recipe if you want more xD
125g butter
90g castor sugar
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. sodium bicarbonate
100g self-rising flour
4 tbp. 3in1 coffee
chocolate chip (optional)- put as much as you want. Great isn't it :D
1. Beat butter and sugar together.
2. Put in the eggs, coffee, sodium bicarbonate self-rising flour and chocolate chip. Speed level 1.
3. Bake in 180 degree celcius for about 35-40 minutes.
That's it. It is really easy~
